Dr. Sarah C. Klopatek is a livestock scientist and strategic communicator dedicated to connecting empirical data with practical decision-making. Through Klopatek Livestock Solutions (KLS), she conducts comprehensive evaluations of animal health, productivity, and whole-system environmental footprint.
Previously, Dr. Klopatek served as the Global Chief Livestock Scientist for JBS, leading multi-species systems research, LCA modeling, supply chain risk management, and regenerative frameworks across North America, Europe, Brazil, and Australia while chairing the Global Livestock Research and Innovation Committee.
